Ordering

To process your order and begin production we ask that you follow these few simple steps:

First – Gather forms

Make sure you have read and understand our POLICY as you will be asked to sign off before your order is considered complete. DOWNLOAD OUR ORDER FORM HERE.

Second – Find your size

If you are not having measurements taken with us at the boutique, we advise that you have them taken from a professional seamstress/tailor. Once you have your measurements, you can refer to your designers’ size chart on the links below.

Third – Complete and Submit Form

Fill out your order form completely. Feel free to call or email us if you have any questions, and we will talk you through filling out your form. Please keep in mind all final size decisions are that of the customer. When ready, sign and fax your order form back to 410.464.0602.
